Dear HKMLA Members,

As mentioned in recent correspondence, this year's Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at the Hong Kong Club on Thursday, 16 October 2014.

Please find attached the Notice of AGM, Agenda and Executive Committee Nomination Paper.

Any full member of the Association is entitled to stand for election to the Executive Committee. If you would like to so, please return the attached form to me duly completed, proposed and seconded, as soon as possible. According to the Articles of Association, such nominations must be received not less than 7 days before the AGM.

As usual, the AGM will be followed by a cocktail party. For catering purposes, please let my secretary know whether or not you will attend the AGM and/or the cocktail party, by email to Julie.lam@rpc.com.hk.
