The HKMLA is pleased to welcome Professor John Lowry, Chair of Commercial Law at the University of Hong Kong, to address the Association at a lunch on Monday, 10th June 2013.

Professor Lowry will speak on recent law reform proposals on the duty of "utmost good faith" in insurance law.
