The HKMLA is pleased to welcome Judge Lech Garlicki of the European Court of Human Rights to address the Association at a lunch on Tuesday, 26th February 2013.

Judge Garlicki will speak on "The Jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights over Acts on the High Seas".
